These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Home Aura Boutique ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

Our service may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.
Products and Services
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor display will accurately reflect the actual colors.
Pricing and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Return Policy
Custom-designed items and special orders are non-returnable. Standard items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Home Aura Boutique, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.
